NTA’S RESPONSIBILITY

1.After agreement over travel arrangements has been reached and becomes binding, in the event that the customer does not receive the activities, services or goods booked via this site, NTA will provide consumer remediation to mutually address the dispute in line with their dispute resolution process. NTA will accept responsibility for reparation of said dispute so long as notice is provided within two years from the date of travel/activity booked. Regardless of the above, NTA shall not be bounded to any events where that the customer does not receive the activities, services or goods booked via this site due to grounds attributable to the customer.

2. In the event that the customer suffers damages as a result of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of NTA or an assigned Travel Arrangement Representative, such as in the event of natural disaster; war or civil unrest; unforeseeable closure of transport, lodging or other travel services; or complications arising from a government mandate, NTA will assume no responsibility for reparation of said damages.
