Walk along the “Ishu Kaido,” the historic road that once transported silver from the World Heritage Site, Iwami Ginzan, to the Seto Inland Sea. Explore “Deguchi-dori,” a crucial hub and the exit route from the mountains to the plains. 2) See and Feel the Process of Bacteria Making Miso at Kanemitsu Miso
Tour the miso brewery, operating since 1872, to witness the natural fermentation process where bacteria transform ingredients into miso. Discover the secrets of Kanemitsu Miso, a pioneer as Japan's first organically certified miso maker and producer of the world's finest miso.

3) Walking Tour along Sekishu Kaido Road: Discovering the Town's History (15 min.)
Passing through Deguchi-dori, the exit point of the road connecting to Iwami Ginzan, we introduce Fuchu's history dating back to the Edo period.
