[DEC-MAR Notice] Partial Changes to Routes and Schedules Due to Snowfall and Snow Accumulation
During the winter season (December 2026–March 2027), we may need to alter (detour) some of our regular routes for safety reasons due to snow accumulation or icy conditions on the roads.
In addition, please note that we may shorten the scheduled duration of stops in order to ensure we arrive at the final destination, Fukui Station, on time. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
1) Timing of Decisions and Notification Methods
・In addition to decisions made in advance based on heavy snow forecasts issued several days prior, we will make decisions as needed based on sudden snowfall on the day of operation and traffic restrictions such as road closures.
Therefore, due to sudden changes in weather, itinerary changes may occur even immediately before departure or while the bus is in operation.
・In the event of any changes to the tour itinerary, the bus guide will inform passengers directly on the day of the tour.

2) Refunds of Tour Fees
・As a general rule, tour fee refunds will be handled as usual, even in the event of sudden changes on the day of the tour.
・Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted after the departure time. Therefore, please make your reservation with the understanding that the changes described above may occur.

・Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather or any operational reasons.
・Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
・We do not supply any extra drop off service.
・If customers are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.

[Regarding Eating and Drinking on the Bus]
・Since passengers have limited time to eat during the trip, you are welcome to purchase a packed lunch or similar meal in advance and eat it on the bus.
・However, please be mindful of the following items, as they may cause inconvenience to other passengers:
　*Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. (Drinking other beverages to stay hydrated is permitted.)
*Please refrain from eating foods with strong odors, those that make noise, or those that are prone to spilling.

[Regarding Conversations on the Bus]
・Since a variety of passengers travel on our regular sightseeing buses, we ask that you keep your voices at a reasonable level so as not to disturb other passengers.
・Even if you are traveling in a group, please refrain from being rowdy, speaking loudly, or playing music or videos at high volume.

★Request Regarding Bringing and Using Portable Chargers on Buses
・In recent years, there has been an increase in fire incidents involving lithium-ion batteries—such as those used in portable chargers—on buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation.
・To ensure safe and secure operations, we ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines.

1) Prohibition on Storing in the Luggage Compartment
Since the underfloor luggage compartment (trunk) is susceptible to temperature fluctuations and impact, please refrain from storing mobile power banks inside bags or carry-on luggage while they are still inside them.
Our crew members will ask passengers about their luggage when it is being placed in the underfloor luggage compartment. To prevent delays in departure or other issues, please cooperate by placing your mobile power banks in a bag to be carried inside the passenger compartment in advance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free ride.
*Please also avoid storing them in the overhead luggage compartments.

2) Prohibition on Bringing Items with Defects
Please refrain from bringing or using mobile batteries that are defective—such as those that have swollen due to deterioration or are abnormally hot—as they may cause a sudden fire while on the bus.

3) Supervision and Use Within Your Line of Sight
When using a mobile battery on the bus, please place it on the seat tray or on your lap—anywhere you can keep a constant eye on it.
Please do not place mobile batteries in locations where you cannot monitor them while the bus is in motion, such as inside a bag, at your feet, or in the overhead luggage racks.
*If, while the bus is in motion, you notice “abnormal heat, swelling, or a strange odor” coming from your own or another passenger’s portable charger, or if you observe similar abnormalities in another passenger’s belongings, please stop using it immediately (if it is your own) and notify the crew.
