①Kyoto Railway Museum
Exhibits 54 iconic Japanese trains, from steam locomotives to Shinkansen.
Highlights include the outdoor fan-shaped roundhouse (a National Important Cultural Property) and Japan’s oldest wooden station building, Old Nijō Station.
Visitors can also ride a steam locomotive and explore interactive zones to watch, touch, and experience, making it fun for all ages.

②Umeda Sky Building KUCHU TEIEN OBSERVATORY
Umeda Sky Building’s Floating Garden Observatory, located at JR Osaka Station, is a top night view spot in the city.
At 173 meters high, its open-air deck offers stunning 360° views of Osaka.
Don’t miss the night-only Lumi Sky Walk—lit like a galaxy, it feels like walking among the stars.
Day or night, the views here are breathtaking!

1. Admission will be closed after 17:00. ※Discount for 10% off the admission ticket is available with Have Fun Pass upon presentation after 17:00.

2. Admission hour: 9:30~22:30(22:00 will be the last admission hour) ※Admissions are available throughout the year.

4. Due to weather factor such as lightning strike or strong wind, the area around the rooftop may be closed without notification in advance.

③Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens & Ropeway
Ride the ropeway for a scenic aerial view of Kobe’s city and port, then reach the herb garden on a 400 m hill.
One of Japan’s largest, it has 12 themed gardens with 200 types and 75,000 flowers and herbs blooming through the seasons.
≪Instructions & Notes≫
1. During night-time opening (after 5 p.m.), only the top observatory area is open.
2. Open all year round except for a one-month maintenance period in winter.
3. It might be closed due to bad weather such as strong wind and/or thunder.
4. Not available on December 24 and 25, 2026.
