*If your booking is less than 1 month before departure NTA reply whether confirmed or not within 2 business days.　
*If you are unable to reserve a seat, we will refund the full amount without any fees.
*Applications cannot be made within 7 days of riding.
*NTA will mail the tickets to your hotel in Japan. Please pick them up when you check-in.

This product is sold to customers holding either Japan Rail Pass (JRP) or Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass such as a JR Pass which covers the Okayama-Tsuyama section. 
Customers who do not plan to purchase a pass should select “Non-Pass Holder” under “Options.”
You can apply for it with an additional 1,500 yen.

*Please be sure to select one option in the option field.

本產品以持有日本鐵路周遊券 (JRP) 或關西廣域・廣島地區鐵路周遊券（例如涵蓋岡山－津山區間的 JR Pass）的顧客為對象。

■ Regarding children's boarding.
・Please select the children's fare for children aged 6 to 11 years.
・Children aged 5 and under are free if no seat and meal is required.

・5歲及以下兒童如無需座位及餐食，則免費。

■JR West prohibits bringing food or beverages other than water or tea onto trains.
　However, passengers requiring food or beverages for infants, allergies, or other reasons are asked to inquire.
■JR西日本禁止攜帶除水或茶以外的飲食進入列車。
　但因嬰幼兒需求、過敏或其他特殊原因需攜帶飲食的乘客，請事先洽詢。

■This service is one-way only.
　Tickets for the outbound or return journey other than the sightseeing train must be purchased separately in advance by yourself.
■此服務僅限單程。
　除觀光列車外，往返旅程的車票必須由您自行提前另行購買。
