◆ Information and Precautions for Riding the Sightseeing Train "marumaru no hanashi" ◆

　＜Same Station Rule＞
　　Your departure and return stations must be the same. You cannot board at Shin-Shimonoseki and disembark at Shimonoseki, or vice versa.
　＜Boarding＞
　　Please board the train on your own using the JR tickets sent to you in advance.
　＜Seating＞
　　All seats are reserved. Specific seat requests cannot be accepted.
　＜Disembarkation at Takibe Station＞
　　On "marumaru no hanashi" No. 81, you will disembark at Takibe Station. You cannot remain on the train past Takibe Station.
　＜Missed Trains＞
　　If you miss your designated train, both your basic fare ticket and reserved seat ticket become invalid. 
　　You cannot ride subsequent trains (including local trains or non-reserved/standing spaces) or earlier trains.
　＜Seat Availability＞ 
　　Even if standard seats are available on the train, the allocated seats for this tour package may be fully booked.
　＜Service Cancellations＞
 　　Operations may be canceled due to train scheduling, natural disasters, or severe service disruptions.
　＜Schedule Changes & Refunds＞
 　　Itinerary times are subject to change due to train scheduling, natural disasters, or unexpected disruptions. 
　　Refunds will not be issued if the corresponding portion of the itinerary is completed.
　＜Ticket Inspection＞

◆ Important Notices regarding the Shimonoseki Open-Top Bus ◆

　＜Seating＞ 
　　Row 1 (front row) is not available. Please sit in Row 2 or further back. Seating is unreserved (free seating)—please share and cooperate with other passengers.
　＜Seatbelts＞ 
　　For your safety, you must wear your seatbelt at all times while the bus is in motion.
　＜Prohibited Actions＞ 
　　Standing up or leaving your seat while moving, using umbrellas (including parasols), smoking, and sticking hands or faces outside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
　＜Personal Belongings & Clothing＞ 
　　Due to strong winds during travel, please ensure hats, scarves, sunglasses, smartphones, etc., are not blown away. 
　　Please prepare your own sun protection or cold-weather gear.
　＜Water Drops＞ 
　　During or after rain, water drops may fall inside when passing through tunnels or under roadside trees.
　＜Luggage＞ 
　　Please store large baggage in the bus trunk or on the 1st floor.
　＜Selfie Sticks＞ 
　　The use of selfie sticks is not permitted on board.
　＜Rainy Weather Policy＞ 
　　The bus operates even in rainy weather (with a waterproof top cover attached). 
　　However, using rain umbrellas or parasols while moving is strictly prohibited. 
　　Please wear a raincoat on rainy days.
　＜Safety Staff＞ 
　　For your safety, a dedicated safety coordinator will accompany the driver on all trips.

　　The tour conductor will not accompany you on the "marumaru no hanashi" train. Please board the train on your own using the JR tickets sent to you in advance.

 　　This tour starts on-site. Transportation costs to the meeting point are at your own expense.

　　No bus guide will be on board. A safety staff member will accompany the bus instead.

 　　Smoking is strictly prohibited on the "Marumaru no Hanashi" train and the Shimonoseki Open-Top Bus.
　＜Punctuality＞
 　　If you miss the meeting time—even due to delays in public transportation—you will not be able to join the tour.
